In an effort to make science available to all people, the Southeast Regional Clearinghouse (SERCH) provides links to useful sites for those with special needs. The listings include deaf associations, resources, news, communications, and travel, as well as reports of information accessibility and management practices. Discussions of institutions, academic communities, curriculum options, and educational rights for disabled persons are also provided. Additionally, the page links to sites with science experiments appropriate for children and education and research programs for students.
